WP1. PREPARATION – Analysis phase in project implementation

Lead Organization: Yerevan State University – Responsible for coordination of all activities. As well as for development of the bilingual report about the curricula in partner countries in the field of Bioproducts technology and science.

Participating Organisation: All program and partner countrie HEI’s. Especially TUD who will host and organize the workshop on practice based education. ATEITH, UCP and UniTE, as well as Armenian other three Armenian Universities will highly contribute to the implementation of this WP

Description: Identification of priority areas and subject, especially identification of 3 main directions of bioproducts science and technology teaching and learning, as well as opportunities for the establishment of effective links between the programme, scientific research innovation and enterpronership. Needs assessment of Armenian Universities in Appropriate teaching and learning resources including curricula structure and content. Presentation of work development, curriculum process and achievement of objectives. Elaboration of partnership with research institutions and appropriate enterprises. At this stage the knowledge/experience will be shared among the partners via on-line discussions, and video conferences, finally the workshop on on various aspects of practice based education, knowledge transfer from science to industry, start up projects etc will be organized by TUD in Germany.

Tasks:

  1. Collection and alayses of existing curricula in partner countries in the field of Bioproducts technology and science
  2. Sharing of EU expertise in this field, discussion and analyses of existing master programmes in program countries
  3. Need analyses in Partner countries, gaps in existing curricula or need in new curricula, as well as especially staff and technical resources
  4. Workshop on various aspects of practice based education, knowledge transfer from science to industry, start up projects etc at TUD in Germany
